The Bay State Conference consists of eight Massachusetts youth football associations, including Framingham, Milton, Natick,  Needham, Norwood, Walpole, Wellesley and Weymouth. These associations are all members of American Youth Football, and subscribe to the "All-American Division" of grade-based football.
